The number of registered arrivals in 2017 was 7,302,393, and the number of overnight stays was 32,440,078, while the cuisine was excellent. South Tyrol has 26 Michelin stars, 19 chefs and 5 “2-star” restaurants, and a “three-star” restaurant in 2018.
