Description International Trade Fair for Gastronomy e Polagra Gastro and Invest Hotel fairs are the best source of knowledge on innovative solutions in terms of both the equipment and concepts. Every year the exposition features leading Polish manufacturers and distributors of equipment for gastronomy spots and hotels. Thanks to the synergy of both the sectors and the latest premieres from Poland and abroad, the fairs allow restaurant and cafe owners, chefs, distributors, catering companies, managers of hotels and other accommodation-providing facilities to build a new quality of services fitted to customer expectations. The Polagra Gastro and Invest Hotel fairs are also a guarantee of a great deal of exciting culinary demonstrations as well as a massive dose of know-how shared during a variety of trainings and conferences. As usual, the culinary zone is the heart of the fair featuring the Polish Culinary Cup, Poland’s most important culinary competition for professional cooks. On the other hand, the Hotel Marketing Conference (HMC) is a must-be for all hotel representatives. In 2016 the event was participated in by more than 300 representatives of the hotel sector. |
